The product I received is a slightly different colour to what I was expecting?

Despite our best efforts to represent products as life-like as possible; actual colours/design may vary slightly from images shown due to the device you are using to view the product or the angle of the photographed item. As such, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product. In purchasing from Just Bride Things, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual colour/design, and the representation on our website.

That said, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase so we'd gladly organise a return subject to our Returns Terms & Conditions which you can access here.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Paypal are the usual suspects. If you wanted to pay some other way such as; bank deposits, bitcoin or interpretive dance we're happy to try and make something work.

 

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes! We're happy to offer bulk purchase discounts & have even done some contra arrangements in the past.
